Can a listing agent share the highest offer with other buyers in Wisconsin?

Wisconsin does not allow a licensed agent to share the terms of one buyer's offer, including the price, with another buyer.
Not allowed

A licensee may not disclose any of the terms of one prospective buyer's offer to another prospective buyer; only the existence of offers and contingency/bump-clause facts may be shared.

How this works in practice

In Wisconsin, a licensed agent may not share the terms of one buyer's offer with another buyer, and that includes the price. The seller's permission does not change this.

Agents may still tell buyers that other offers exist, that an offer has been accepted, and whether it has contingencies or a bump clause. Every buyer should be encouraged to make their best offer.

Avoid showing, hinting at or confirming the amount of any competing offer, and avoid passing terms through someone else so they reach another buyer.

Running an offer round in Wisconsin

For Wisconsin listings, a BindingOffers round hides the highest offer price. Buyers see only where their own offer ranks against the others, and can raise it before the deadline; the seller still sees every offer in full and chooses.
