When am I charged?
Your first round is free and needs no card. You pick a plan when you publish your second round, never at signup.
What counts as a round?
One listing and one offer round, including any best-and-final that follows it.
Can I switch between Pro and Team?
Yes, anytime, from your billing page. Stripe prorates the difference.
How do referral months work?
Refer an agent and you get one free month once their first paid month clears. Refer an office that starts a Team plan and you get six.
Do you take a cut of the sale?
No. There are no success fees, and we never handle deposits, escrow or commissions.
What if I cancel?
Cancel in one click from your billing page, with one confirmation and no runaround. You keep read access to your past rounds and reports.
