How this works
The headline is the sale price’s premium over the list price: (sale price − list price) ÷ list price, rounded to one decimal. If the home sold at or below list, the premium is left off and the graphic leads with how fast it sold instead, so you never post a number that works against you.
The line under the headline adds the number of offers (when there were two or more) and days on market. Each size is laid out for its platform, and every graphic carries a small “Made with BindingOffers” mark.
Three tips before you post
- Describe the home, never the buyer. Skip phrases like “a young family” or “first-time buyers”; they point to protected characteristics and can raise fair housing questions.
- Source your stats. Use MLS figures and keep the date, so “days on market” and the price match the record if anyone asks.
- Check your MLS and your seller. Some MLSs restrict advertising a sold price before closing or recording, and some sellers would rather keep the price private. Post after closing and with your seller’s OK.
Questions
Is the graphic maker free?
Yes. Each size downloads free with no sign-up. If you want all four sizes at once as a .zip, we ask for your name and email.
Do you keep my photos?
No. Photos are resized in your browser, sent only to make the image you download, and not stored.
Why doesn’t my graphic show a percentage?
If the sale price is at or below the list price, a percentage would read as a discount, so the graphic leads with how quickly the home sold instead.
