How this works
The form asks for the homeowner’s name, email, property address and ZIP code, and optionally a phone number with a separate, unticked box for permission to call or text. Each request is emailed to you (reply to it to reach them directly) and recorded with you as its owner.
It doesn’t make an automated valuation, and doesn’t claim to: it promises the homeowner a market analysis from you. After sending, they see their ZIP code’s median sale price from Redfin data, clearly labeled as the area median rather than an estimate of their home.
Spam protection is built in without cookies or third-party scripts: a signed form token, a minimum fill time, a hidden trap field and a limit on requests per address.
Questions
Where do the leads go?
To the email address in your embed code (after you confirm it once), or straight to your account email if you use your Pro or Team subdomain.
Does it give an instant home value?
No. It asks for a market analysis from you, and shows the ZIP code’s median sale price as context. Automated values are often wrong for a specific home, and your analysis is the reason to reach out.
Is it free?
Yes, for everyone. Pro and Team members get their name on the form and skip the confirmation step.
